Even though we are talking about a six-floor corner townhouse from the end of the 19th century, it fulfils all the requirements of modern-day living. To a large extent, this is due to the fact that it  has recently been carefully refurbished, creating fourteen modern apartments of high standard and different sizes.

In the basement, ground floor and first floor of the building there are office spaces available. On all the other floors you can find apartments with different layouts. The wooden observatory in one of the two attic apartments has been renewed and now has an opening roof-top.
